Beautiful Newly built cottage

Very beautiful, very CLEAN, one bedroom available, (house is two bedroom, one full/large bath) No partying. Registered guests only. I’m very clean and calm. Rarely home. The property is off kealaola st. Across from the hospital. I am a newly single mother-mostly working. I have a 5 yr old son, he’s very well behaved and will be in school mostly- I also share custody with his father so he is only here part time. Our home is mostly used for sleep, as we’re very busy. The property comes with a lot of space, a nice yard with a pond, fruit trees, fire pit, ocean views, common area in the back for BBQing, washer, dryer, large bathtub/shower, county water, plenty of parking ect.
The cottage features a separate bedroom. The cottage also includes a washing machine.
