Excellent overall -- very nice facility, very clean, as comfortable as you can be in insufferable (and uncontrollable) humidity. Downsides were small and inconsequential: Air mattress didn't work, even after consulting with property manager, but we slept on the fold-out couch reasonably well, if a little crowded. A coffee-maker would be appreciated, as would sufficient washcloths for a nine-night stay. If I could give it a 4.5-star rating, I would. Overall, very comfortable and very much appreciated! Should we need to return to the Big Island, we'd stay here again without equivocation. Highly recommend!
