Beautiful area, a public area in front of the water view and noisy at times. Very hot in this house during the day and most nights. There is no air-conditioning. Very low sense of urgency to fix the refrigerator. Called first thing and 5 1/2 hours later they came to look at it and 3 days later a new one was delivered. A bit rude person tending the property. The handy man was nice and helpful.
