Our house is 9 minutes from Erciyes, 5 minutes from the city center and 50 minutes from Cappadocia. It is 19 minutes away from the airport. There are markets etc. 2 minutes away. you can meet your needs. Our house has fiber internet, laundry, dishwasher dryer, built-in oven and stove, hair dryer, camera and alarm system, natural gas and smoke detectors, combi boiler, 24/7 hot water, 2 TVs, stone oven and barbecue in the garden, fire pit, and its own parking lot. The house has a modern and stylish design.
The villa is heated and features a kitchen and space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and a safe. Limited housekeeping is available.
