Had a lovely stay. The room was nice and big with a pleasant warm bathroom. The staff were very nice too and the breakfast nice and varied - although I never found the maple syrup for the pancakes.

The quality of rooms is varied to say the least. On some occassions, excellent, but this time, whilst the room had character, it was in quite a sad (and potentially dangerous) state. I think the hotel was overbooked, as breakfast was very chaotic too.

The reception staff was very very helpful. The room was well insulated, spacious and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. The hotel was well placed. On the negative side, the room was too hot and we did not manage to regulate the heating.

Excellent location. Very friendly & helpful staff. The room, whilst not the biggest, was a reasonable size, and comfortable. The bathroom was quite small, but because of my disability, that was actually better for me.

The hotel does not have good access for disabled people. There are steps into the reception area. And there is a further set of stairs to the elevator. Going into the building there are 2/3 steps. But no handrail. I also had to miss breakfast as the dinning room is also down a flight of stairs. For this reason, i would not recommend it to people with difficulties walking. Also the room was very dated and definitely needs a re-fit.

One of the best Kaunas has to offer

Everything okay with the minor inconvenience of a ridiculously small toilet room (separate from the bathroom). Room spacious, bed comfortable, breakfast very good, staff service minded, on-site parking tight, but safe and free. We usually stay here when visiting Kaunas and never disappointed.

Disappointed.. time to take our custom elsewhere.

Yes, it was Easter weekend, but what 4 star (fully booked) hotel closes the bar at 2200hrs on a Saturday evening. Also our room lost electricity in the (enclosed no windows) toilet and the bathroom at 0600hrs and no one working over the weekend to fix it. Thus we had to use the communal toilets near reception, whilst other toilets had no locks on the doors. All we got was a shrug and a sorry for the inconvenience. And.. for the past 8 years still the swimming pool is being "renovated".
