Beautiful courtyard villa in Phuket set across three separate buildings with three double bedrooms, a tropical garden and a private 15 metre swimming pool and a six jet jacuzzi wall.

Features of the villa include high speed wireless internet connectivity, a fully equipped kitchen, 46" LED Smart TV with internet connectivity and integrated sound system, a bar and a private 15m swimming pool. All rooms have air conditioning as well as fan units and all linens are provided. All bedrooms have private ensuite bathrooms as well as an additional washroom in the main building. Managed services are offered to guests such as maid services, cooking, in house massage, laundry as well as car hire.

The management office is located next to the villa and the helpful staff are available to handle any enquiries that you may have. Security guards are on-site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to ensure piece of mind.

The villa is located on the two stunning Red Mountain (voted as one of the top 3 new courses in Asia in 2007) and Loch Palm golf courses.

The communication with the owner, Herriot, was outstanding. Any questions I had were responded to promptly and Herriot also gave useful information regarding our stay in Phuket. The Villa was perfect for our needs. All 3 double bedrooms are a good size, all with En-Suite. The property is spread across 3 separate buildings. 1. Large Lounge/Dining/Kitchen/Utility. 2. With 2xDouble Bedrooms with En-Suites. 3. Large Master Bedroom with Large Bathroom (has both Bath and Walk in Shower). I prefer not to drive so we used Grab Taxi services, reasonable prices but had to wait sometimes for available drivers. There is an on-site restaurant at the Golf Club a few minuets walk away and the views across the golf course are beautiful. Would have no hesitation staying again or recommending to friends and family.

Great private spot

The property is in a great, private location.The check-in and check-out process was a bit challenging due to limited instructions.Our bed was quite firm, though we understand this may suit some preferences. The air conditioning in the main living areas was excellent, but the older units in the other two rooms struggled to cool the space effectively.Overall, we highly recommend this property to anyone seeking a relaxing, private retreat to enjoy with friends and family by the pool.

Lovely villa in a great setting and location

The villa is lovely in a quiet location. The property was very clean with plenty of towels and a great layout of separate buildings around a central courtyard with swimming pool.The check in process was disappointing as the description leads you to believe the management office next to the villa manages it but they have nothing to do with it. We eventually managed to communicate with them to call the housekeeper to come to the villa. There was no information on Wi-Fi codes or guidance on local restaurants or supermarkets however the housekeeper informed us of these once they arrived. We did find an information pack a few days later in a pile of magazines under the coffee table. There were no sun loungers and the only keys given were to the main gate. However once I contacted the owner both the loungers and keys to each building were arranged. These should all be supplied as a basic standard to the villa hire. The villa location in Kathu is ideal for getting about and is much quieter than Patong beach area. Taxis were very easy to arrange through the Bolt app. The golf clubhouse offers good food during the daytime and bars & few restaurants can be found within walking distance just outside the complex. Herriot the owner was very helpful, answered questions promptly & helped with arranging contacts for diving. I feel there should be someone who meets you at the villa on arrival to explain things, advise on the local area and at least provide a bottle of water. Overall very good
