"Friendly and personal service The staff were all very friendly and helpful and no request for assistance was a problem for them. The hotel is well situated, being close to shopping, transport, and the tourist sites.I would definitely stay there again👍😊

The floor is sticky and dirty but they provide slipper in the room. The bed sheet has some retain on it. Other than that, every thing is ok. They provide simple breakfast. The location of the hotel is easy to get food nearby and a grocery shop. Their front desk staffs are very helpful and friendly.

Didn't get good sleep as the music coming from the floor above was very loud and played till close to 4am! Hotel staff should know better to put me in somewhere quiet. The wifi was cut off. Asked if anything was done to restore it, the reply was shocking - could not find the technician!

Nice, clean, big room!

Nice, clean big room! Fresh designed. I really enjoyed my staying in the room. The pool was in another building so you had to walk trough the basement garage to reach it. The location was not the best..

Hotel in UWTC

This hotel is located in UWTC (shopping center) and easy access to supermarket. Condition of shower was not good. Elevator is used for not only hotel guests, but also for customers of shopping center and tenants. Also, gym, restaurant and other facilities except guest rooms and reception are outside of hotel.
