Great location, Clean room and facilities, although needs updating. (Elevator doesn't go all the way to the lobby) Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice restaurant and shops. Airport transfer available, which was very convenient. Good Nepalese food in restaurant.

This hotel is decent and the breakfast buffet was pretty good, but I expected the bathroom to be a little more modern given the 5-star status of the hotel. The bathroom was a bit dated.

Kathmandu is quite a stressful city because of all the motorbikes and cars crowding the streets. Fortunately, the hotel had a huge space with a big garden and pool, so we could escape from the chaos. The staff were nice and friendly. However, our room didn’t have a fridge, so we asked for one. They brought us one, but unfortunately it didn’t work. The breakfast could have been better. If it were improved, I would give more stars. Overall, it was a nice stay.
