Nice place to stay in Katmandu. The deluxe room is clean and spacious with balcony,The staff is very helpfull and friendly especially to Mr. Ashik Bhatta, thanks a lot for your hospitality. We had a great time staying at the hotel. The location is great.. near to shops and many restaurants around....

I stayed here for a work trip and the team went above and beyond to make sure all of my students were well taken care of. Very patient with all of their questions, showing the rooms to the students prior to making the booking and also assisting with booking buses to tourism sites and the airport. The room was very comfortable, breakfast was good (mainly eastern style options, but there is a bakery across the road if you want more food) and the location was incredibly central. My only criticism is that for a more luxurious hotel (compared to some of the more basic accomodation in Thamel) was that there was no luggage storage facility. We just had to store our luggage in the reception area. There is a security guard at the door, but I would've preferred to lock it away somewhere.

we had recently 4nights staying with this Hotel and found utmost satisfaction with the hospitality extended by the Hotel Staffs & Mr Dinanath Pant Hounour of this Hotel. The Hotel is very neat & clean in the heart of Thamel market with very Spacious Room. The Buffets Breakfast is very testy and well managed.Mr Pant meet most of the Hotel guest personnly during breakfast. He helps in tour planning also. Reception Staff ,specially All Girls are very cooperative and Smiling .Recommend 4.5 Stars 🌟 out of 5 to this Hotel. SanjaySingh Delhi/Noida India

I stayed in this hotel after reading and comparing many hotels located on Thamel with no Entry for vehicles everything is nearby. Pros: Location is excellent right in the mid of Thamel, with all attractions nearby. Check in was very smooth. Room was great with all modern amenities. Room service was great every one was ready to help promptly with smile on face. Every One Including Owner Mr. Pant is always ready to help you for anything you. Cons: I was given free pick up from airport but hotel forgot to send the car but they paid for the cab on which I came to Hotel but it spoiled my mood for once. But Hotel needs to improve on Breakfast i stayed for 4 Night 5 Days and had 4 Breakfast same on all DAYS Fixed menu- Baked Vegetable, Boiled Potatoes, Chicken Sausages, Omelet’s, Bread Butter and only ONE Change every Day Rest all Same.

Excellent service with smile. Friendly staff.large specious rooms. Good food.very good cleanliness. Ideal location. All good restaurants and shops within walking distance. Specious lobby with sitting arrangements on each floor. Strongly recommend for family visits.

I stayed here for two nights as part of my EBC trekking package. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Thamel. My room was ok, average cleanliness, window that had a poor outlook and didn’t allow much light in (some others I was travelling with had balconies - luck of the drawer!). It was quiet and had a decent breakfast. Staff seemed friendly enough. Overall it was fine for a pre/post trek overnight stay but I’d be looking for something better value if I was staying for longer.

It is located in the main Thamel market . So it's good for shopping .plus the cafes are good. Plus the hotel offers one way airport pick/drop ( but it has to be discussed and confirmed by contacting the hotel before hand, else they might deny it. The rooms are neat and clean, but a little overpriced. Breakfast is a little boring, specially for Indians and quite spicy. So better explore the food outside . I forgot my mobile charger in the room while checking out. But when I went back to take it on the next day, they had misplaced it. Hotel Restaurant closes too early in the night.

Another average hotel in need of repair. Ineffective staff, noisy rooftop bar next door if staying on 5th floor. Nice people but for the high price tag, best to go elsewhere! The location is about all it has going for it

The Address partners regularly with the trekking company we used for hiking to EBC--Himalayan Wonders (also 5/5 stars recommend). We felt very taken care of from start to finish! The front desk staff is incredibly friendly and attentive--they helped us with laundry, found my missing pants, helped with baggage, gave us change for larger bills, and helped us receive a local package. I loved both rooms we were booked in before and after trekking (4th floor had a sweet balcony!), they were clean and the beds were very comfy. The hot water can be patchy later in the day, but as long as you take a shower early, there's plenty of great water pressure and hot water. The location was super convenient for strolling around Thamel, and there were heaps of great shops within 5 minutes. Money exchange right across the street as well. The breakfast buffet was an unexpected treat--especially the omelet station! Only call out would be the lack of real coffee. Plenty of tea though, and there's a delightful coffee shop right across the street if you have to have coffee. Overall, fantastic experience, highly recommend!

I stayed 3 days in this hotel.Clean and spacious rooms with spacious beds.Middle of shopping area..Very safe environment.Friendly staffs. Good selection of breakfasts. Strongly recommend this hotel to travelers.
