The property also features two covered parking spaces.Casa Olea accommodates up to six guests across two levels. The ground floor includes a living room with access to the terrace, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. There are also two double bedrooms—one with a king-size bed and another with two separate beds—as well as a bathroom. The first floor, accessible via external stairs, features an additional living area with a sofa bed for two, a kitchen with a dining table, a bathroom, and a cozy attic bedroom with two separate beds. Groups of young people under the age of 26 are not allowed. 

The villa is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 2 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a fireplace, and a coffee maker.
