Casa Clara is a beautiful holiday home in a rural style, built in 2015 and located in Kaštelir, only 8 km from the sea and 350 m from the town center. Near the house there is a shop, restaurant, pizzeria, ATM and other facilities. The house has its own partially fenced yard of approx. 1,000 m² with a landscaped lawn, swimming pool and jacuzzi, surrounded by an olive grove, as well as a barbecue and parking for 2 vehicles.
Casa Clara offers accommodation for 8 persons with an area of ​​164 m2 on two floors. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining room, a partially separate living room with an exit to a nice covered terrace with a dining table, one bedroom with two separate beds and a shower/toilet, and a separate toilet. On the first floor of the house there are: one spacious double room with access to a balcony with a wonderful panoramic view of the sea, a bathroom with a shower and a massage tub, one smaller room with a single bed, and one triple room with its own bathroom with a shower /wc.
Youth groups are not allowed.
The villa is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3.5 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. The bathroom offers a jetted tub, hair dryers, and bidets. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a coffee maker.

Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub in einer sehr schönen und gepflegten Unterkunft

Der Check-in verlief reibungslos in der Agentur, das Haus und auch der Garten war sehr gepflegt und sauber! Der WLAN- Empfang war super und auch sonst hatten wir keine Beanstandungen! Ich kann dieses Haus nur weiterempfehlen! Schön war der grüne Garten und der Pool, sowie der Whirlpool! Die Bäder sind sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt!
