Amazing home in Kastelir-Labinci

Villa Manuela is a newly built luxurious villa located on the outskirts of the small place Kastelir, with a lovely panoramic view on the fields and the sea. The villa is located at approx. 12 km from Porec and Novigrad and their beaches.

The house is fully air-conditioned and furnished with attractive furniture. On the enclosed property of approx. 760 sqm, the guests of the villa have at their disposal an outdoor pool of 40 sqm, covered terrace with sitting set, summer kitchen with barbecue and sitting set, separate toilet, well-kept lawn and two parking places.



Villa for 6 guests with a living area of 163 sqm on two fully air-conditioned floors, consists of the ground floor on which there's a lovely living room with fireplace and large glass walls to the terrace and the pool, fully equipped kitchen with dining table for 6 guests, one double bedroom with SAT-TV and shower/toilet, and separate toilet. On the first floor there are two double rooms with SAT-TV, and own shower/toilet, one of them with a double bed and terrace and the other one with two separate beds and also with own terrace. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.

We've stayed at a few homes now in this area, and this is so far our favorite.

We've stayed at a few homes now in this area, and this is so far our favorite. Our family of 6, plus dog, fit very comfortably. We enjoyed days at the beach as well as days at the pool. The house was clean and had everything we needed.We never met the owners which was something different than all other houses we've stayed at, but they reached out to us through what's app on the first day of our stay and were easily reachable if we needed them (which we never did).

Wir haben die Woche in der Villa Manuela absolut genossen und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wir haben die Woche in der Villa Manuela absolut genossen und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die drei Restaurants in der Nähe sind absolut zu empfehlen und auch der kleine Supermarkt ist absolut praktisch für den schnellen Einkauf. Allerdings sollte man für den ausgiebigeren Einkauf eher nach Porec oder Umgebung ausweichen, da die Preise hier einfach besser sind. Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt zum Haus sind die teilweise schon etwas kaputten Insektengitter an den Fenstern. Diese sollten dringend erneuert werden. In den Sommemonaten ist man sonst fast gezwungen die Klimaanlage die ganze Nacht laufen zu lassen, da die Hitze sonst unerträglich ist. Auch könnte mit intakten Insektengittern den netten kleinen "Besuchern" in der Nacht entgegengewirkt werden. Sonst absolut zu empfehlen und wir werden wieder kommen.
