Villa Ana is divided in 2 separate units (first floor and second floor) where we can accommodate 16 persons! The villa is unique house built and decorated with a lot of love to provide luxurious but comfortable holiday oasis!
The brand new, modern decorated, sea facing sunny villa with fantastic view on town Split!
If you are larger group then 16 persons, we can offer you additional ground floor apartment for additional 5 persons! In all three apartments we can totally accommodate 21 person!
If you want to have relaxing holidays in high quality house, this villa is exactly what you have been searching for. It is settled in peaceful area that will make you fall in love with Croatian nature.
The villa is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 6 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find a TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a coffee maker.

Very Spacious!

The owner rep was super friendly/helpful. The house is perfect for big groups. The BBQ/Pool/Outdoor Dining area's are all great as well. Only issues were hot water for showers, it didn't last very long and the jacuzzi/hot tub was not working, we tried getting it to work multiple times. But regardless it didn't take away from all the other amenities the house provided.

this property was perfect for our family of 13

the villa Anna had everything our family could of asked for, all our needs for all age groups, all the comforts of home and more. from the beginning of our holiday Ivan the host was very helpful arranged our transfers, extra cots, trips, his family visited us with big bowls of figs and plums. the pool was a decent size, loads of towels, the jacuzzi and sauna were a nice extra, enjoyed the ping pong table (not played for years) fridge full of beer and soft drinks for convenience, wine cellar full of wine, (to be paid for at the end of the holiday). My grandson left his north face jacket on the return transfer and Ivan arranged for it to be returned to us which i am very greatful for. only one down side there was not much going on in the village and we had to go by bus or taxi to split or Trogir to eat at a decent restaurant, all in all a brilliant holiday

Perfect for 2-3 familys

Villa was very clean well kept. Pool was big enouht for 7(child) and inside there was enouht space, rooms and 1st of all with 13 people TOILETS! 😂
