The property is very conveniently located right next to the station. There are a lot of restaurants and convenience stores around it. Cleanliness within the property is good. The only downside of it is that the rooms are way too small/congested.

Very conveniently located hotel near the Kashiwa JR station. Parking is reasonably priced for the town center. Staff is friendly and the free breakfast is tasty. Many convenience stores and good dining options within walking distance. It was rainy but I didn’t get wet thanks to the free umbrellas for guests to borrow. Check-in was quick with the machine with English language. I did not need to interact with the counter staff to get my room key card. Rooms may be a little small but that is to be expected in business hotels closer to Tokyo.

You have to be comfortable with your japanese because no one speaks English. The beds and pillows aren't soft but are adequate. They offer daily room cleaning in which you have to be out between 10 and 3 but you can cancel before 10. The staff are very polite. It's next to a major station and shopping center so it's fine if you don't mind an hour train ride into Tokyo.
