Charming villa located on the very tip of the Kas Peninsula in southern Turkey - probably the most beautiful location on the Turkish Mediterranean coast. Villa Minori has stunning views of the ocean and the mountains, a gated swimming pool, spacious outside living area and is 5 minutes walk from the sea. Inside the villa is very light and modern with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, an open living area with cottage style cedar beamed ceiling, a gourmet fitted kitchen, WiFi internet, a movie room and is fully air-conditioned.

Another Excellent Stay

We had a great time at Villa Minori once again. The house has had some recent updates(great new air conditioners in each room), there was a bottle of white wine and some essentials waiting for us in the fridge on arrival. We had the pool to ourselves. It’s an amazingly clean house, can’t recommend enough!

Stunning views car required if you don’t use public transport ( Dolmus )quite a few steps down to the villa quiet location when we were there.Bedding and towels only changed once during our three week stay and villa cleaned only once as well this was after we highlighted that it was not done.It does say it would be done once per week did not happen

This Villa is an amazing 3 bedroom located on the Kaş Peninsula with amazing views and a great safe home that has everything you need for a single or family stay. Highly, highly recommend!

Our stay at Villa Minori

We had a fabulous time at Villa Minori- it’s a beautiful villa in an enviable position on the Kas Peninsula. Villa was immaculate and lots of gorgeous outside space to enjoy meals overlooking the beautiful Aegean. All in all a fantastic place to stay. We hired a car which I think is needed but did get the Dolmus into town a few times - the dolmus stop being right outside the villa. The owner Jeff was really very helpful. Can’t wait to return!!

Fabulous holiday

Just got back from a two week stay at Villa Minori. What a fantastic villa, the location is brilliant, stunning views. The villa has everything you need, lots of space inside and out. The outside space works really well with different areas that offer shade/ full sun at different times of the day. The pool is fabulous, lots of room and what a view! Just to note that it is shared with the villa in front however only used by their adult daughter when she visits, and then only in the evening after 7, only used twice whilst we were there. This would not stop me booking this villa as it really does not take anything away from the experience. Big thank you to Irfan who cleaned the pool every day and brought us fresh bread. Kas is a lovely town, although we hired a car we used the local bus to get into town in the evening, just hop on outside the villa, 50p per person, comes along every 20 mins. Jeff was really helpful and prompt with replies for any queries we had . I would absolutely reccomend this villa, you will not be disappointed.

Beautiful, well looked after villa in a great location.

We stayed in this villa for one week at the end of August and absolutley loved it. Having stayed in Kas before we already knew that we loved the area and where we wanted to stay, and this is a great villa in a great location. The villa itself is very well looked after and has everything you could possibly need for a holiday. We didn't really use the kitchen, but is essentially a home from home. The lounge / dining area is spacious and comfortable for either dining or relaxing, and each of the bedrooms was very comfortable and had plenty of space for storage. Three bathrooms was more than enough for five people for a week! There is plenty of room outside for relaxing, sunbathing, eating etc on the well maintained terraces, and furniture to suit all of the above. The pool is fantastic and well looked after. And if that isn't enough the views from the terrace and pool areas are amazing. The owner was very helpful in making sure that we had all the information we needed for our stay and there is plenty more information at the villa to make sure that you enjoy your stay. On top of that Irfan, who came to clean the pool each day, delivered some essentials on our first day to make sure that our holiday got off to an lovely start and brought us fresh bread every morning. Also nice to know that there is someone around to offer local help if you need it. Location is tough to beat. Far enough away from the town centre to be thoroughly relaxing, but close enough to enjoy the many restaurants, bars and shops which Kas has to offer. All in all, a great place and would definitely go back for another holiday or two!!

Stunning views lovely villa

Our fifth trip to Kas, first time at this villa which is a lovely villa a home from home. Facilities exceeded our expectation. Used the cinema room a couple of evenings. Very spacious and comfortable, the outside seating area was very useful with covered shade. One bedroom on top floor, open living area on ground floor, 2 bedrooms bathroom, cinema room and laundry room on lower floor. Lots of room for us as a family to spread out. The location is peaceful as away from the busy town centre. Gardener very helpful, delivering fresh bread each morning if wanted. Dolmas bus every 30 minutes picked up at top of villa steps we used most days for dinner out in the evening 50p approx each way, ideal. Would definitely book again when we visit Kas next time.
