The property is built in a loft style and includes an open plan living, sleeping, dining and kitchen area with floor to ceiling glass doors that give direct access to the pool terrace.
The living area is equipped with a comfortable sofa area, a 50 inch smart tv with international channels and a bose sound system.
For the cooler seasons, underfloor heating is available throughout the 90 m2 of the villa.
In the sleeping area you will find a large king-size bed, a freestanding bathtub and pretty paravans for an airy separation from the living and kitchen area.
In addition, a separate utility room, a washing/drying machine and ironing facilities are at your disposal.
