Just steps away from the sea and golden shoreline, Villa Morey boasts incredible panoramic views of Turkey’s coastline. Surrounded by natural beauty, this villa is a modern oasis. 
Each morning, wake up to the crashing of waves. From the balcony, admire how the azure water meets the horizon from a height. Within the private garden, a private swimming pool, sunbathing area, sun beds, umbrellas, and ample outdoor seating can be found. Here, you can cool off from the sunshine. With a barbeque and al fresco dining area, you can cook up a storm for all the family. 
Inside, this modern summer house features four bedrooms and four bathrooms to comfortably accommodate up to eight guests. Overlooking sublime sea views, cooking in the fully equipped kitchen is not only practical but also an experience. In the living room, Wi-Fi, air conditioning and satellite TV provide quality entertainment once the sun has set. 
Located in the Kalkan Kalamar resort, Villa Morey is a short distance away from the nearest restaurant, hospital, market, and city centre.   
Please note that this property features an infinity edge pool. Please do not walk, stand, or sit on the infinity edge or allow the use of inflatables inside the pool. Please ensure children remain supervised at all times
Please note that Bedroom 1 is located on the lower ground floor and accessed externally from the outdoor pool terrace.
Please note, this villa is in a hilly/mountainous area. To access the villa there is a path which is 127cm wide alongside 23 steps. The front door has a width of 81cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 121cm wide. The terrace is tiled, but as can be seen in the images, is on multiple level, with lots of external steps. Inside, there is 1 step of 18cm from the hallway to the lounge. There are no ground floor bedrooms. There are 16 steps to the first floor where bedroom 1 has a door width of 76cm, and the ensuite door is 69cm wide. Traumhafte Villa mit atemberaubendem MeerblickWir verbrachten eine wundervolle Woche in der Villa Morey mit unserer Familie. Die Lage am Meer und die Aussicht sind einfach fantastisch - die Fotos entsprechen genau der Realität. Die Etage mit dem Pool ist sehr großzügig gestaltet, die Küche und das Wohnzimmer sind äußerst komfortabel.Alle drei Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss bieten einen herrlichen Meerblick. Das vierte Schlafzimmer (neben dem Pool) wurde wahrscheinlich früher als Gästezimmer genutzt und hat kleine Einschränkungen (kein TV und Kühlschrank), was für uns jedoch kein Problem darstellte.Am Anreisetag war der Toaster defekt - nach unserer E-Mail wurde er noch am selben Tag ersetzt! Ausgezeichneter Service!Kleine Anmerkungen: Im Badezimmer des linken Schlafzimmers gab es einen leichten Geruch, wenn die Toilettenablage offen war. Der TV im mittleren Zimmer hat einen Kratzer. Da diese kleinen Probleme unser Urlaubserlebnis nicht beeinträchtigten, melden wir sie erst jetzt.Wir können die Villa Morey auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und würden sie jederzeit wieder mieten!
