Room like a garage

The only thing i can say about this hotel was the breakfast staff and breakfast itself. The rest is a disaster. Tv with no remote and only one channel. No hair dryer. Shower door hanging off very unsafe. Staff said they did not know these thing, but how can that be! We reported these thing several times then at check out, a hair dryer appeared and fixed the shower door but it was too late for us. Also there is no daily housekeeping as it states online.

Don’t stay here

This hotel should not be advertised by you. There was no manager and three young men were left to run it. They didn’t have a clue and none spoke English which made communication almost impossible. The room windows and mirrors were filthy and the shower needed an olympic hurdler to get in it. The fridge didn’t work and the pathways up to our room were dangerous especially for older people. The bar was completely unstocked and permanently shut and the restaurant didn’t exist. A bag with alcohol in it mysteriously disappeared when we told them we were leaving after the first week. There was no way we wanted to stay any longer. We appreciate it was a non refundable booking but we want compensation for our second week. £1021 for this shambles of a hotel is a disgrace and if we don’t get satisfaction in this matter we will take it up with your CEO

100% would stay again!

We ended up having issues with our previous hotels.com booking, and when we booked this one it was a wonderful upgrade. The view is PHENOMENAL, the staff kind and accommodating and it is within a 7-minute drive to downtown Kas.

Ausser der Zustand der Badewanne und die Probleme mit der Regelung der Wassertemperatur war alles super. Ganz besonderes großes Dankeschön an das Personal dass sehr flexibel war und für uns sogar eine halbe Stunde früher als vorgesehen mit dem frühstücksservice begonnen hat. Auch alle anderen Anliegen wurden sofort mit viel Freundlichkeit geklärt.

Merhabalar o kadar çok otelde kaldım ama ben böyle kötü bir otel görmedim. Kahvaltı vasat bile diyemiyorum. Kahvaltida biten seyler yenilenmiyor. Güler yüz hiç görmedim. Oda çok dar pis ve rutubetli havlular hic kurumuyor. Rutubetten saç kurutma makinesi kablosu yemyesildi.Sifon sesi sabaha kadar size eşlik ediyor.Yataklari rahat değildi.Havuza uğramadık bile havuz demeye bin sahit lazım. Çocuk havuzu gibi.Arabanizla gelirseniz park sizin için büyük sıkıntı çünkü yer yok. Gece nobetcisi ayrı degisik biri. Kısacası gideyim stres atayim derseniz uzak durun strese girersiniz. Bilgilendirme filan da yok. Interneti de çekmiyor. Aksam yemeklerini yemedik ama tahminim iyi değildir.2 Gün kaldık ama geçmek bilmedi. Resimlere aldanıp asla aldanmayın. Sabah lobinin önünden geçerken günaydın gibi seyler pek duyamazsınız. Kahvaltımızı bitirmeden hemen topluyorlar o yüzden acele etmelisiniz.
