Kalkan Town Centre Villa with Fabulous views of Bay with Heated Pool

Our villa recently renovated in a very convenient and much sought-after location, just a 5 minute walk away from the town centre and beach clubs.

The villa is laid out over three floors, is fully air-conditioned and has been renovated to a very high standard. It has a pool and jacuzzi pool with large sunbathing terrace.

Ground Floor of the Villa has a large living room and kitchen and 1 ensuite Single bedroom.
Second and Third Floor has 2 ensuite bedrooms with Spectular Sea views

The Pool area is quite big and has shady areas as well as provides a large area for sunbathing. There is also one jacuzzi connected to the main swimming pool and you will enjoy a relaxing time in one of the most popular area of Kalkan.

Notes: The pool heater is only needed for autum and early Spring on request and the weekly payment is extra for £240 per week.
The villa is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 5.5 bathrooms, and a balcony. There's space to spread out with 5 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a coffee maker, and a safe.

Well equipped villa with plenty of space for all. Location was excellent with restaurants and shops all within a short walk. We particularly enjoyed the lovely pool and outside area with it's amazing views.
