The prestigious Villa Sultaniye is a very special spacious villa with private pool and extensive outdoor dining and sunbathing space. It boasts spectacular sea views and is enviably located in the heart of Kalkan Old Town. This stunning villa, which has been beautifully furnished throughout, is located on the exclusive Dere development only a genuine 2 min stroll to Kalkan’s restaurants, harbour and beach (definitely no taxi needed!). The 3 bedroom Villa Sultaniye offers panoramic sea views and all rooms have balconies from which guests can enjoy the Mediterranean vista. The villa also boasts a beautiful private freshwater pool and very spacious sunbathing area, again with incredible sea views. The sun terrace is furnished with tables and comfortable seating, perfect for an al fresco lunch or evening meal. This is a perfect open space to enjoy a Turkish breakfast, a light lunch or a full evening bbq.
New for 2017 there is an extensive private roof terrace, with Kalkan bay sea views to die for. The roof terrace is fully equipped with sunbeds, chill out seated area and outdoor kitchen, a further perfect entertaining space and a great place to end the day with sundowners. The fully air-conditioned property is finished to an exceptionally high standard and is tastefully furnished throughout.
