This lovely newly build modern style 2 bedroom villa can accommodate maximum of 6 people(there is 2 single bed in the mezzanine area).bedroom downstairs has an ensuite and another bathroom in the living area, 3rd bathroom located upstairs with a jacuzzi tub looking out to sea. On top of the kitchen there is a room size large space looking over to living area with two single beds. Large living kitchen area offers space and comfort and connects to pool and pool area where you can enjoy the views and great sunsets, this property is perfect for a fantastic getaway for couples , small families or group of friends . Villa offers almost all you need in a house , like an iron, hair dryer, AC, Wifi, TV, filter coffee machine, washing machine and dishwasher….We hope you enjoy what our place and Kas has to offer.

Lovely villa away from main town
The villa was everything we wanted but a car was needed as it is away from the main town of Kas which suited us as it was very peaceful.We saw wild pigs, tortoises and lizards!Only complaint was lack of basic supplies like dishwasher tablets etc as no one wants to buy a full box for a 7 night stay. Also a microwave would be handy just a thought! Tevfik was good at communicating but Vrbo were a nightmares to deal with.
