This new hotel is absolutely gorgeous! The amenities make your stay comfortable, relaxing, and cozy. The onsen has a lovely view. Restaurant breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. Absolutely stunning hotel and the service was top notch. We came here to get away from Tokyo this is our first visit to this area and this hotel was amazing! We were greeted immediately and checked in, the staff also speak English and were very nice to us. They have a ton of items you can rent from board games to flat irons. The rooms are huge, the showers are amazing. We didn’t get to try the onsen this time but we will definitely be back. This hotel is right on a shopping street where you can shop for various items food and it’s even close to a lit Karuizawa sign area you can take photos this time of year. If you are looking for something away from the hustle and bustle of Tokyo stay here. We did Hakone 3 times before we found this area and 100% would stay here over Hakone.

急に旅行を決めて当日予約で行って来ました。まだオープン半年ほどと言う事で綺麗。お部屋も広々と満足。朝食が残念だった。ハーフビュッフェスタイルはメインも朝から中々の4選、あとは冷たいバケットとフォカッチャ。小さなトースターひとつあったらまだ良かったがないから冷たいバケットをかじる。私的に軽井沢ならではのパンやデニッシュ系を楽しみにしてだので無くて残念。冷たいデリと冷たいパン、温かいのはスープだけ。チェックインの時から外にいるドアマンの年配の方々は愛想が悪い。夕方から一晩雪となり朝には10センチ程の積雪。車の雪は自身で下ろし、帰る時もなんか愛想のひとつもないのは最後にちょっと残念でした。でも立地やホテルは本当に良いのでまた行きたいです。ありがとうございました。

入館してホテルオリジナルのウッディーな香りに包まれる。部屋は広々としていて過ごしやすい。ラウンジでスパークリングなどがフリーフロー、ちょい飲みにありがたい。温泉は空いていて温まった体をデッキに出てマイナスイオンで整える。日常ではできない素晴らしい体験ができる。

充分過ぎる部屋の広さにゆったりと過ごせました。 ディナーに行く際のタクシー手配をお願いしたところ、空いていたスタッフの方が送ってくださいました。それだけでもありがたいのに、帰りはスタッフが足りないのでお迎えはできませんと申し訳なさそうに謝られ、スタッフの方々の暖かさを感じました。 またリ伺わせて頂きます。 ありがとうございました、
