The Condo is well maintained and offers popular facilities such as a swimming pool with sea view, rooftop bar, fitness room, free parking, 24-hour security and CCTV.
The studio is fully air-conditioned and decorated in modern style with natural soft colors and it's fully equipped for your convenience. Offers a king size bed, wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The glass doors ensure lots of daylight and lead out to a private balcony, a perfect place to start your day with a cup of coffee or relax after a day at the beach.
PLEASE NOTE. Electric usage is not included in the rate and will be charged at 7 baht per kw. Please close windows and doors when the AC is on. Turn off the AC and all the lights when you leave.
