The best - look no farther!

Amazing hotel! We traveled all around Europe and this was by far the best place we stayed. The room was a combination of all the best of each hotel we stayed in. Balcony room with a sitting area and two headed rain shower with a double sink in the bathroom. Even better than the room was the staff. To many great interactions to list here, but everyone was equally helpful and kind. Spa was also a great experience!

Excellent hotel with good restaurants & cozy spa!

Very high standards, excellent service and perfectly located in the city center if you drive (paid parking) is around the corner and if you come by train about 200 meters from the train station and close to the Central Square for acces to several buses! Nearby the river for a nice walk and at walking distance from several nice restaurants. ZanziBar is higly recommended! The most expensive alternative for accommodation in Karlstad but worth it though! Their restaurant on the first floor has excellent food with an open air section and a closed one if you visit during winter!!!

Vi reste som par och provade både spa och resturang på hotellet. Vi kan bara rekomendera allt från service, rum hotellet i stort. Maten i resturangen på kvällen var 5 stjärnor och likaså frukosten. Vi har varit på många hotell både med spa och utan, detta är det ända vi bestämt att åka tillbaka till innan vi lämnade. Otroligt bra på alla plan och riktigt mysigt inrett.

Ett mycket trevligt bemötande vid check-in. Ett stort och elegant rum. En strålande middag på hotellets a la carte restaurang, både matmässigt och servicemässigt. Juvelen i kronan är hotellets frukost som håller hög internationell nivå. En av de bästa hotellfrukostarna som jag har ätit. Dessutom en liten men välkomnande spaavdelning. Grattis Karlstad!
