The newly built house on the land of the landlord is located in a quiet location in the Baltic Sea Karl Hagen. A parking space and a grill are available on the property. The hostile sandy Baltic Sea beach is about 20 minutes. Shops and many dining options as well as the harbor of Karlshagen are within walking distance.

House:
The cottage with 70 sqm has a spacious living room with leather sofa and TV on the ground floor, the attached kitchenette with seating is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, ceramic Hrd and microwave. Bathroom with shower and toilet is also on the ground floor. The two bedrooms on the ground floor have a double bed and two single beds. The initial bed linen is included in the price, towels are please bring.
The apartment is heated and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a fenced private yard, a coffee maker, and a travel crib.

Sehr zufrieden

Wir sind als 4-köpfige Familie angereist. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr sauber und die Ausstattung ist zweckmäßig. Das Trampolin im Garten war das Highlight unserer Kinder. Die Lage ist super. In Laufnähe befindet sich der kleine Hafen Karlshagen, an dem man tolle Urlaubsfotos machen und leckere Fischbrötchen kaufen kann. Auch Schifffahrten kann man von hier aus machen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich. Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Herzlichen Dank, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt.

Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen. Vor Ort gab es alles, was wir brauchten. Der kleine Garten mit Trampolin und Sandkasten war für unseren Sohn sehr schön.
