between Baltic Sea and beautiful little harbor.
With 2 large sun terraces it offers the guests plenty of space and is tastefully decorated with terrace furniture.
The house is built at ground level and barrier-free.
The luxuriously tastefully furnished house offers guests a sense of well-being.
In the very cozy and outspoken decorative living room the dining area with complete
equipped kitchen flowing into each other.
Wi-Fi, Skay, Blu Ray player, TV, and massage chairs are available,

Bei der Unterkunft fehlt es ab nichts und man hat ein schönes Angenehmes gefühl in dem Haus. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht zugleich bietet die Outdoor Küche viele Möglichkeiten zu Kochen.

Unsere zweiwöchige Auszeit im September in diesem Ferienhaus war äußerst angenehm und bot eine durchweg erholsame Erfahrung. Die sorgfältige Gestaltung der Inneneinrichtung schuf eine einladende Atmosphäre, während moderne Annehmlichkeiten den Gesamtkomfort aufwerteten. Der gepflegte Garten entfaltete sich nicht nur als grüne Oase, sondern gewährte auch eine angenehme Privatsphäre. Die günstige Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Strand und zu den Geschäften erwies sich als äußerst praktisch, was uns ermöglichte, die Annehmlichkeiten der Umgebung optimal zu nutzen. Die geschickte Verbindung aus charmantem Ambiente und zeitgemäßem Komfort machte unseren Aufenthalt äußerst angenehm. Es ist ein wunderschönes mit Stil und Charme eingerichtetes Haus in einer tollen Lage! Der Garten ist toll angelegt und die Stille in der Nacht ist erholsam! Die Küche ist toll ausgestattet, aber leider von anderen Urlaubern ein wenig unsauber hinterlassen ( Küchenuntensilien sind unserer Meinung nicht Aufgabe der Reinigungskraft!) . Die Außenküche ist top und sollte in Zukunft ein wenig anders gepflegt werden. ALLES IN ALLEN EIN TOP FAMILIENURLAUB! WIR HABEN UNS SEHR WOHLGEFÜHLT UND KOMMEN GERNE WIEDER! Allgemeine Sauberkeit (besonders Außenküche und Pavillion) verbesserungswürdig. Mülltonne war schon bei Anreise voll. Wegen zeitweiser kühler Witterung hätten wir schon mal gerne den versprochenen E-Kamin und Blu-Ray Player genutzt, waren aber nicht vorhanden bzw. nutzbar.

Ein Haus zum Wohlfühlen!

Das Ferienhaus hat alles, was man zum Urlaub machen braucht: vollständig ausgerüstete Küche, tolles Ess-und Wohnzimmer, schöne Schlafzimmer, Bad mit Dusche, Wanne,usw.,viel Platz zum Spielen für unsere kleine Enkeltochter auch im Garten. Tolle Sitzmöglichkeiten draußen mit Außenküche. Also rundum perfekt! Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub in Karlshagen.

Idylle pur - Tolles Haus mit schönem Garten

Wir waren Anfang Juni zu Besuch auf Usedom und hatten das Glück, dieses schöne Ferienhaus gebucht zu haben. Das Haus an sich war super, modern und schick eingerichtet, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Unsere Highlights waren die unfassbar gemütliche Strandmuschel auf der Terrasse sowie die offene Außenküche inklusive Grill. Die Lage des Hauses ist ebenfalls super, man hat Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, den Strand, verschiedene tolle Restaurants sowie Massagestudio und Fahrradverleih quasi vor der Haustür. Die Kommunikation mit Frau Böttcher und Frau Pöggel war auch zu jeder Zeit super und wir können das Haus nur wärmstens empfehlen. Immer wieder gerne. :-)
