It was a nice and being welcomed experience in this hotel. Their staff are very nice and helpful, there will be free parking if you pre-book with the hotel, and there is a big bath tube open for guests for free which is a bonus for relax before sleeping!

Convenient location and great service attitude

Would definitely stay at the hotel again, but I would bring my own food for breakfast and arrange for more sleeping space. Booked room for 1 adult and 1 child (11 years old) but bed was only a double. It was very tight but we made it work and enjoyed our visit in Karatsu very much. Definitely plan to go to some of the beaches, Karatsu Castle, and Takatori home. We also went to an ancient history museum that my son enjoyed. All are within 20-30min walking. Train to other locations is relatively convenient as long as you are adventurous.

The carpet is dirty. There is no bathroom and I have to go to the Ofuro at specified period (time is divided for men and women).

Good hotel in lovely town.

Very enjoyable. Staff didn't speak much English but pointing at maps and whatnot can get you pretty far. Very nice regardless. Room was small but larger than I expected at a Japanese hotel. There were some stains on floor but the room itself was clean - we came back while they were cleaning rooms and they seemed to be doing a thorough job. The town was really nice and we close enough to walk to the Castle and other places. Would definitely go there agian!

個人的な感想ですが、元ラブホを改装したようなホテルです。ベットは快適ですが換気扇の音がうるさいのと他の配管からの音がうるさいです。またホテル入り口までの道が狭いので大きめの車で行くには向いていません。
