The absolutely best staff and rooms everything was great and they were very accommodating! Beds are comfortable and clean so are the bathrooms. Thank you for making our family vacation the best trip ever.
Loved the breakfast and the room. Didn't stay much at the hotel so didn't use the facilities but overall a good experience. The security was very tight and the airport shuttle service was also on time to pick us up.
This was our 2nd time staying at Marriott - we (myself and family) flew in pretty early in the morning around 7 AM and as per any hotel's policy the room we had booked was to available by 2pm, but the staff at the reception was pretty good and looking at our jet-lagged tired faces not only made sure that we got accommodated by 10 AM but also got a complimentary upgrade. This was just the beginning of the good things to come. Throughout our stay of 9 days there all staff was very attentive and displayed immaculate manners and attention to every detail. Though there were a few star performers like Anila at Nadia Restaurant who was always smiling ear to ear and treated our young daughter like a celebrity and gave her the title of "princess" - Usman (@Nadia) who used to make sure our tea/coffee never ran out and was fresh every time, Aneel (from dry cleaning) took extra special care of our clothes and laundry, Hammad at reception who was extremely polite and helpful throughout our stay. The team of Nadia under Vijay is truly a well oiled machine. The beds were super comfy as one would expect from Marriott, all in all it was a great relaxing stay and experience and we look forward to coming back again. One critique though the Halwa Puri served at breakfast needs to have some local touch to it - it was too bland and at times devoid of any taste whatsoever. Rest all food whether at Nadia, Dumpukht or Suzie Wong was truly worth trying out.
Once you get your head around the necessary security this place offers much olde world charm. It looks like it was last done up more than 20 years ago but is in remarkable condition -they take really great care of everything. The service was exemplary, this is the first time laundry has ever been done without me even putting it out, I also didn't seem to be able to eat down my fruit bowl and there was a nice large pool - hopefully I can review the onsite restaurants on their own. The club was underwhelming other than being able to photograph a stunning steppe eagle sat there on the window ledge Loved my stay, thank you Rob
Few months ago i went to Dumpukht Restaurant and love that environment, food and service, specially Muhammad Hadi served me really well and if i wanna go again for this restaurant Hadi and Food would be main reason. Thanks Mr. Muhammad Hadi for awesome service and courtesy......
Very nice staff. Got upgraded as a platinum member. Lounge was absolutely filthy and the food buffet was unhygienic. Rooms had old carpet and didn’t look clear either. I recommend the move pick up the toad which is new and fresh as well as cheaper
Well maintained hotel, with all amenities one may expect from a self respecting hotel like the Marriott chain. Did not disappoint, except for the the bell boy, who made if very clear he expected a tip for sure. Security very professional, which is reassuring in a hectic city as this is.
People are very nice and accommodating. This is my second home when visiting in Karachi. I totally love this hotel. Especially the team of Vijay in the restaurant NADIA and also in the executive lounge. Recommended to stay at Marriott Karachi.
Hotel was fantastic, ordered room service was delivered in hour 15 mins management should improve this area. Rest everything's fine kamran on reception was very helpful and a very good salesperson ive book hotel for one night on executive level as i was with my wife on holidays he offered me a Suite room in discounted price which made my holiday awesome. Will recommend to my friends and family members.
Marriott Karachi has one of the finest restaurants with variety of cuisine options. I'm particularly impressed by the quality of service and food at Suzie Wong, its Chinese restaurant and Nadia Cafe, with Pakistani and Continental foods. The buffet at both the restaurants is really good and the food is always fresh and piping hot. I wish to acknowledge and appreciate the services of the staff, in particular Mr. Akber at Suzie Wong and Mr. Mir and Ms. Samina at Nadia Cafe. They are doing a fabulous job at customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction. Overall, Marriott Karachi has great food options and customer service.
