We guarantee every day action at the foot of the glacier Kitzsteinhorn. The highlight: The calm location at the outskirts of Kaprun. Nevertheless our guests are able to reach the best restaurants and bars within a couple of walking minutes. We accommodate up to 4 guests. Therefore we divided the flat into a sleeping and living room. Further we installed a modern bathroom with walk in shower. We do also provide a public washing machine and an iron/board on request. You will find your parking spot right in front of the house and enjoy free WIFI throughout the entire flat. There is also a fountain with the finest Kaprun spring water and a grotto with a refreshing tropical shower in this oasis.The living room comes with a fully equipped kitchen: Micro wave, fridge- freezer and a dish washer, for all those who do not want to wash up the dishes by hand. As a matter of course we equipped the kitchen with coffee machine, water boiler and toaster for a perfect start into your day. You will find everything you need to spoil your beloved ones with the most delicious holiday dinners. For all who would like to spend their evenings outside, we installed a small barbecue spot. The area: The center of Kaprun is only a short walk away. If you want to rest your tired legs after an active day, you can choose the next bus station “Jugendherberge” (150 meters). The free public bus will drop you at the next cable car station Maiskogel, where you can enter the brand new K-onnection going up to the glacier Kitzsteinhorn. If you want to enjoy Zell am See, you should stay a few more stops on the bus, before you dive into the crystal clear water of lake Zell. The international Airports Salzburg and Munich can be reached by car and public transport.

The apartment is heated and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a sofa bed, and a fenced private yard.
