Your holiday accommodation is located right in the heart of Kaprun, at the foot of the Kitzsteinhorn glacier ski area. The combination of modern design and alpine charm creates a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere – perfect for couples and families alike.

The apartment offers 45 to 68 m² of living space for up to 6 people. It features a bedroom with a double bed and another double bed, partially separated from the living area. A bathroom and a separate WC are also provided. In the living area, a sofa bed (120-130 cm wide) offers sleeping space for up to two children. The balcony is ideal for relaxing.
