Located directly on the harbor promenade and the sailing and marina of the OstseeResort Olpenitz, this vacation apartment scores with a fantastic view of the water, its proximity to the sandy beach of Weidefeld, and the immediate amenities of the promenade. Floor-to-ceiling windows and the balcony offer views of the marina and the floating houses. Sailboats, seagulls, and beautiful sunsets guarantee a true vacation feeling. The vacation apartment is equipped with exclusive built-in carpentry and is furnished in a modern Scandinavian country house style flooded with light. In addition, the apartment has panels on the walls with integrated and indirect lighting for the nights, which invite you to relax in a pleasant atmosphere. A long bench overlooking the harbor gives the room a cozy spaciousness and freedom. Additional entertainment is provided by the Telekom Home Entertainment program on the 65-inch flat-screen TV in the living room, which invites you to enjoy cozy movie nights. The generously equipped open kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. Here you can conjure up delicious holiday meals. The balcony with its fantastic view of the water is perfect for barbecues. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower and a washing machine. The stylishly furnished bedroom, equipped with a cozy double bed (180x200cm), a 43-inch TV, and a comfortable desk, promises restful nights during your vacation.
