This delightful summer house, located near a beautiful beach in the developing resort area of Olpenitz, Northern Germany, offers an ideal holiday destination for up to 16 guests and three pets, regardless of the season. The property is also near the charming town of Kappeln. The house features an 18 m2 swimming pool equipped with a water slide, Roman steps, and a counter-current system, along with a sauna and whirlpool for ultimate relaxation. An activity room with billiards, table tennis, darts, and a PlayStation 4 ensures entertainment for all. The heart of the house is the kitchen/living area, with a long dining table overlooking the pool room and a cozy sofa area by a wood-burning stove for unwinding after a busy day.
