Die Wohnung war eigentlich recht ordentlich eingerichtet, ist aber in schlechtem Zustand!Kaffemaschine, Besteck usw. waren echt schmutzig. Die Duschkabine haben wir uns selbst gereinigt, weil wir so nicht duschen wollten. In der Sauna war der Ofen völlig verkalkt und auf dem Saunaboden lag noch Sand aus dem Sommer. Ein Infrarotstrahler der Sauna war defekt. Sämtliche Fensternischen wiesen Schimmelbefall auf. Spiegel, Fenster, Glastüren u.ä. sind seit langem nicht gereinigt.Die Wohnung war bestimmt mal echt schön und ist gut ausgestattet. Sie wird aber ziemlich vernachlässigt.Nun zum Positiven: Es gibt reichlich Küchgengeräte, 2 Fernseher, eine PS4, kombinierte Infrarot- und Ofensauna, Whirlpool und guten Wasserdruck in der Dusche. Die Boxspringbetten waren uns deutlich zu weich. (Das kann aber auch nur unser Empfinden sein.)Wir kommen nicht wieder!Ich kann übrigens alle Mängel belegen.

In der Wohnung alles super. Die Zuwegung bedingt durch die dichte Bebauung und schmalle Strasse anstrengend.

Es fehlte vor Ort vor allem in der Infrastruktur die Gastronomie, kein Zugang zur offenen Ostsee, dadurch auch kein "Strand" an der offenen Ostsee Einkaufe: Fußläufig zum Supermarkt sehr weit.

Ruhiges Domizil zum Entspannen

Wir haben das Abseits des Trubels genossen. Zum nächsten Einkaufsladen sind es 2,5 km und vor Ort gibt es auch nur eine Lokalität. Aber das hat uns nicht gestört. Nach Kappeln ist man schnell hingeradelt. Wir hatten eine schöne, sonnige und ruhige Zeit.

Schöner Urlaub, aber mit einigen Unannehmlichkeiten!

Auf dem 1. Blick eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung. Allerdings war der Gang auf dem Balkon nicht sehr einladend. Die Holzliege und der Sonnenschirm waren kaputt, der Terrassentisch hält wahrscheinlich auch nicht mehr lange und der Rest war auch schon ziemlich heruntergekommen. Etwas mehr Pflege und Sauberkeit wären angebracht. Sauna und Whirlpool waren allerdings top! Als Luxus-Penthouse Wohnung würde ich diese Wohnung aber nicht bezeichnen!

Toller erholsamer Kurzurlaub

Moderne, gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung direckt am Hafen. Ruhige Lage ( wenn mal alles fertig gebaut ist :-)). Herlich erholsam mit Strandkorb auf dem Balkon. Sauna im Bad. Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage. Kappeln ist in der Nähe und sehenswert.
