The location of this unique 2-room apartment is literally on the Baltic Sea. The endless horizon stretches out before your eyes, while the Schlei, Germany's longest estuary, flows into the Baltic Sea off Olpenitz. In summer, the white sails of boats dance on the glittering water, and bolliwerk10 offers a fantastic view of the harbour basin, the beach and the vast blue of the Baltic Sea. Just 250 metres away you will find the small bathing bay of the Baltic Sea resort.
The apartment is suitable for up to 4 people. The view from all the windows in the bedroom and living room captures the magic of the Baltic Sea as you enter a world of relaxation. The living rooms are equipped with TVs, including Sky Sport channels, to keep you entertained.
A floor-to-ceiling shower awaits you in the bathroom, while the bedroom has a home office corner so you can stay connected while on holiday.
The fully equipped kitchen invites you to conjure up culinary creations. A special highlight: the freezer compartment is ideal for BARF supplies so that your four-legged companion is also well catered for on holiday. Dog blankets, bowls and dog cushions are available free of charge.

Es hat uns und unserer Hündin wunderbar gefallen, es wurde an alles gedacht , vom Hundenapf bis zu..
Es hat uns und unserer Hündin wunderbar gefallen, es wurde an alles gedacht , vom Hundenapf bis zum Hundekissen und selbst Decken fürs Sofa war alles vorhanden. Die Brötchen wurden uns morgens geliefert und wir konnten mit Blick auf die Ostsee frühstücken und haben sogar Schweinswale vor unserem Balkon gesehen.
Während des Spaziergangs am wenige Meter entfernen Strands, saugt der Staubsaugerroboter alle Krümel vom Frühstück weg.
Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und hat einen grandiosen Ausblick. Für meine Frau am Rollator war der Fahrtstuhl und die ebenerdige Dusche ein besonderer Pluspunkt, in der Wohnung gab es keine Stufen.
Es war ein rundum gelungener Urlaub, wir haben unseren nächsten Urlaub schon wieder im bolliwerk10 gebucht.
Der Check in und Check Out ging super schnell und wir haben viele Tipps bekommen. Die Betten waren bei Ankunft bezogen, es war wie auf einem Schiff, nur ohne schaukeln und mit deutlich mehr Ruhe.
Wer Ruhe, Erholung und einen tollen Ausblick sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Der Hund darf hier natürlich nicht fehlen.

5 Tage Workation mit meiner Hündin Jonna - vormittags in der Top ausgestatteten Wohnung arbeiten (sogar LAN-Anschluss ist vorhanden, das WLAN aber dank Glasfaser auch sehr leistungsstark) und am Nachmittag dann mit dem Hund vom Weidefelder Strand nach Schönberg und zurück unterwegs sein, eine großartige Kombination. Mein persönliches Highlight war es definitiv, jeden morgen mit Blick aufs Wasser in den Tag zu starten. Die Wohnung ist wirklich genial ausgestattet. Sogar Backzubehör ist da und natürlich die komplette Ausstattung für die vierbeinigen Gäste: Hundebetten, Hundenäpfe und Gefrierfach für das Futter (für alle, die ihren Hunden Frischfleisch füttern).
Auch als Rollifahrerin bin ich sehr gut zurecht gekommen, die Wohnung ist barrierearm (es gibt ein paar Schwellen) und das Team der Ferienhausagentur war sehr engagiert und für meine Ankunft alles so toll vorbereitet, dass ich die Zeit dort sehr genießen konnte.
Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war wunderbar und man spürt in der Wohnung ihre Mission, einen Platz zu schaffen, der alle Vorraussetzungen schafft, die schönste Zeit dort zu erleben.
