3 Tage ohne Fernseher und Internet, keine Hilfe durch Agentur, leere Versprechungen

Das Objekt selbst, sowie der Ort waren traumhaft! Check in kontaktlos via Schlüsseltresor, Wohnung sauber und richtig schön! Direkt nach Bezug stellten wir fest, dass das Internet nicht funktioniert und damit auch der Hightech-Fernseher nicht. Sofortige Kontaktaufnahme zur Serviceagentur "Port54" (5 Gehminuten entfernt). Keine Hilfe am ersten Tag möglich. Uns wurden Techniker versprochen, die das Problem beheben werden. 2. Tag: auf Nachfrage wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass unserer Vormieter das gleiche Problem auch bereits hatten, man aber gehofft hatte, das Problem löse sich von allein- das hilft uns nicht, macht uns nur wütend. Wir erklären, wir benötigen W-Lan, mein Mann und ich hätten einige berufliche Dinge zu erledigen und müssen per mail erreichbar sein, von 2 kleinen Kindern, die gern abends etwas fernsehen würden, reden wir gar nicht. Sicher kann sich jedes Elternteil das Drama vorstellen. Zwischenzeitlich wurde uns der versprochene Fön gebracht, welcher auch nicht da war, aber das nur am Rand. Unsere Nerven leiden so langsam - ständige Kontaktaufnahme zum Service, leere Versprechungen. Zudem mussten wir unsere Wohnung permanent (über Schlüsseltresor) zugängig machen. All das stört im Urlaub einfach. Am 3. Tag immer noch keine Lösung! Es war nie ein Techniker vor Ort, wir wurden einfach immer weiter vertröstet. Am Nachmittag des 3. Tages zog eine supernette Familie in die Wohnung unter uns. WIR sprachen sie an und sie gaben uns bereitwillig ihr W-Lan- Passwort - WIR haben unser Problem gelöst. Die Agentur versprach uns eine Entschädigung. Sie lud uns zu einer Golfkart- Fahrt ein. Unserer Meinung nach eine dürftige Entschädigung - die Karts gehören der Agentur und kosten für einen ganzen Tag 60€, wir bekamen eines für 2h. Bis heute warten wir auf die versprochene finanzielle Entschädigung. Hierfür wären interne Gespäche erforderlich (Agentur-Vermieter). Bei mehrfachem Nachfragen wurde ich vertröstet, jetzt antwortet man mir gar nicht mehr. Unsere Reise endete am 18.08.2022. Schade, dass diese Sache unseren sonst schönen Urlaub überschattete, die ersten 3 Tage waren für uns Eltern nicht erholsam, haben uns starke Nerven und das komplette Datenvolumen gekostet. Die Wohnung an sich ist schön, genau wie Port Olpenitz. Eine weitere Buchung über "Port54" werden wir aber tunlichst vermeiden. Wir wurden total im Stich gelassen, vertröstet und getan wurde NICHTS! Das schlimmste für mich ist jetzt, dass einfach gar nicht mehr geantwortet wird.
