Lovely home in OstseeResort Olpenitz

Enjoy your relaxing vacation in the cozy vacation home "Sea you". Located directly in the vacation park OstseeResort Olpenitz, the accommodation is only a short walk from the Baltic Sea beach and the sailing boat harbor of Olpenitz.



The rooms are located on the first floor and are modern and lovingly designed. The separate bedroom is equipped with a cozy double bed, here you will also find a TV with smart TV. In the combined living/dining area, everything has been thought of. The sofa bed in the living area offers space for two children. Here the fireplace stove provides cozy hours, also another Smart-Tv and a DVD player are available. On the terrace it is wonderful to have breakfast, here are garden furniture and a beach chair available. Enjoy your first coffee in the morning, a Nespresso coffee machine is available in the house.



Especially in the cold season, you can warm up in the in-house infrared heat cabin after a long walk on the beach or a sailing trip on the Schlei and then make yourself comfortable in front of the crackling fireplace in the living room.



For your comfort during your vacation, a clothes dryer is available in this house.



Since the houses are located directly on the coast, we ask for your understanding that the terrace furniture is only available in the summer half of the year; in the winter half of the year you will be safely stowed away due to the often strong wind.



Please note that fishing is not allowed in the harbor basin.

Der Strand ist in der Nähe, 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Kappeln, eine wunderschöne Kleinstadt 6 km entfernt, viele kleine hübsche Dörfer in der Nähe. Das Haus sehr sauber, klein und praktisch, Haustierfreundlich. Wir hatten Glück mit dem Wetter, insgesamt ein wunderschöner Urlaub.

Das Haus an sich war recht schön und mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet. Der Park verdient nur 1 Stern . Bei ca 2000 Wohneinheiten gab es einen kleinen Spielplatz. Auch in Punkto Hundebesitzer haben wir Mülleimer und Hundestationen im Park vermisst. Überall sind angefangene Baustellen . Für eine derart große Anlage fehlt es an ausreichend Infrastruktur.. Dichte Bebauung und wenig Privatsphäre. Auch eine ordentliche Abstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder ist nicht vorhanden. Das Personal war überall sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Gemütliches Ferienhaus im riesigen Ostsee Resort

Geschmackvoll eingerichtet und wirklich komplett ausgestattetes Ferienhaus. Auch wenn auf dem Gelände eines der größten Tourismusprojekte Deutschlands noch Bauarbeiten ausgeführt werden, hat man keinen Baulärm zu befürchten. Der Weg zum Strand ist kurz. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.
