Welcome to the "Coastal Child" house in Olpenitz.
This detached, 80 m² house boasts a charming location surrounded by greenery and is just a stone's throw from the Baltic Sea. The vacation home features an open-plan living and dining area, a kitchen, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. Large windows create a bright and spacious living environment.
After long walks on the beach, you can relax on the comfortable sofa in front of the fireplace, read a good book, or watch your favorite series on the flat-screen TV. A crib and highchair are available for your little ones.
The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need for a fun-filled evening of cooking with the family.
The two bedrooms are located on the first floor. One bedroom features a wardrobe and a comfortable box-spring bed (180 x 200 cm). The other bedroom has two box-spring beds (each 100 x 200 cm), a wardrobe, and a smart TV. Both rooms have blackout curtains, ensuring a restful night's sleep.
If the weather takes a turn for the worse, you can pass the time playing foosball, enjoying a game on the console, or watching a movie on Disney+.
One bathroom is located on the ground floor and features a walk-in shower, a towel warmer, and the highlight of the house: an infrared sauna. Here you can warm up and relax on cold days. The second bathroom on the first floor also offers a towel warmer, a comfortable bathtub, and a hairdryer.
On sunny days, you can relax on the furnished terrace. The sun loungers invite you to unwind on your vacation, and on balmy summer evenings, you can enjoy the terrace with your family.
Your furry friend is not only tolerated but warmly welcomed. There is a parking space for your car directly in front of the house. You can safely store your own or rented bicycles in the lockable bike shed.
The house is equipped for four people.
