Superschöne FeWo, , mega ausgestattet (alles WMF Geräte, sogar Waffeleisen), alles neu- und hochwertig. Toll war auch die Sauna, die wir dank des kalten Maiwetters genutzt haben. Die tolle Dachterasse mit Grill konnten wir Dank des Wetters nicht so intensiv nutzen. Blick auf Ostsee in der Ferne und Blick auf den Hafen war auch toll, allerdings ist hier ohne Auto etwas abgeschnitten (z.B. 10-12min Fussweg zur Müllentsorgung/Einkauf Restaurant) wobei schon ein öffentlicher Bus fuhr/haben wir nicht genutzt). Liegt in einem reinen Feriendorf, ca. 20 min Fußweg zum Strand. So eine tolle Fewo an sich hatten wir tatsächlich noch nie.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, groß und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hat eine gute Lage. Mit dem Auto ist man innerhalb von 3 Minuten am Edeka, fußläufig in 5-10 Minuten am Strand. Es handelt sich um ein Neubaugebiet und ein dementsprechendes Niveau besitzt die Wohnung auch. Ich hatte mich vom ersten Augenblick in die Einrichtung verliebt. Es muss einem bewusst sein, dass solch eine Wohnung natürlich auch etwas teurer ist. Der Preis lohnt sich auch, wenn etwas mehr Erstausstattung vorhanden wäre. Da kommt man in solch eine schöne Wohnung mit süßen kleinen Details in der Einrichtung und Deko, findet dann aber nur lieblos dahingeschmissen 3 Spülmaschinentabs, zu wenig Toilettenpapier, eine Küchenrolle und eine Dose Salz vor, was leider völlig unter dem Niveau der sonst so schön eingerichteten Wohnung liegt. Auch, dass man die Bettwäsche selbst mitbringen oder dazubuchen muss, finde ich für den Preis etwas happig. Vor allem, da die Kissen sowie das „Basiclaken“ der Topper im Bett schmutzig war. Da bestünde noch Verbesserungsbedarf, ansonsten waren wir rundum zufrieden!
