sehr saubere, helle, ruhige und nett eingerichtete Ferienwohnung, ideal für bis zu 4 Personen, Küche mit Vollausstattung, Parkplatz direkt am Haus, Umgebung/Ressortgelände ziemlich karg nur Ferienhäuser (kaum Vegetation, dafür einige angefangene verwahrloste Baustellen), Supermarkt auf dem Gelände (EDEKA), Schlüsselübergabe ziemlich einfach, relativ hohe Kaution von 300 € (im Vergleich zu anderen Wohnungen 100-150 €), 125 € für Endreinigung obwohl man fast alles selbst erledigen muss (nicht ausgeräumter Geschirrspüler oder Mülleimer wird mit je 25 € berechnet)

Einige Unstimmigkeiten

Die Wohnung ansich ist sehr schön. Leider ist der Eigentümer recht sonderbar, da sein Parkplatz/der zugehörige Parkplatz nur durch einen Holzpfosten zugewiesen ist.Man wußte leider nicht, wo nun der Parkplatz für die Wohnung ist. Was unschön war. Noch dazu wurde leider nicht dementsprechend reagiert und der Parkplatz neu markiert durch ein Schild und das darauf unrechtmäßig parkende Fahrzeug geräumt. Das war sehr nervig, da man nicht wußte ob man nach einer Autofahrt wieder einen Parkplatz in Nähe der Wohnung bekommt ... Erst nach einiger Zeit war das besagte Fahrzeug weg. Und man hat den regulären Parkplatz. Trotzdem wurde der besagte Holzpfosten (ohne Beschilderung) nicht neu beschildert. Eigentlich sollte sich ein "Privat" - Schild an diesem befinden. Was sol das ? Warum ist der Parkplatz nicht klar deklariert (Frage an den Eigentümer). Des weiteren waren die Scheiben sehr stark verdreckt. Nach unserer Bitte diese reinigen zu lassen, wurde uns lediglich zur Abreise gesagt, das diese nach unserer Abfahrt gereinigt werden (?). Da in der Beschreibung stand, das sich in der Wohnung ein Elektrogrill befindet, haben wir extra dafür Fleisch eingekauft. Dieser fehlte jedoch. Ein Entgegenkommen in jeglicher Art seitens der Verwaltung wäre schön gewesen. Port54 hat sich für uns erledigt.

Schöner Familienurlaub

Meiner Familie und mir hat es gut gefallen. Man ist in 2 min am Strand und an der schönen Ostsee. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet und es war alles da, was man braucht für die Zeit. Perfekt für einen ruhigen Urlaub. Es ist ein sehr großes Resort mit sehr vielen Häusern, was vielleicht uns ein wenig Zuviel war. Leider gibt es auch nur einen Spielplatz und dieser war am Anfang des Resorts und wir waren am Ende. Das ist vielleicht verbesserungsfähig. Aber es ist ja eh noch vieles im Bau. Aber sonst ist es eine sehr schöne Ecke. Für die Zukunft wäre vielleicht noch eine bessere Beschreibung zur Lage der Wohnung und des Parkplatzes . Wir fanden unsere nur durch Zufall und es befinden sich sehr sehr viele Wohnungen in einem komplex. Nichts desto trotz ein schöner Familienurlaub
