Only 6 meters separate Dat Molenhuus from the Baltic Sea. Dat Molenhuus is located in the northeast of Schleswig-Holstein in one of the most beautiful holiday regions in Germany. Directly between the mouth of the Schleim and the Baltic Sea you will find pure relaxation in the middle of incomparable nature. A sandy beach is just 100 meters away. The nearby shops guarantee optimal self-sufficiency of the residents. The northernmost natural park in Germany invites to long walks and bike rides in nature.

WG 12 - Penthouse with direct sea view:
Dat Penthuus is located in the reachable by an elevator 3. First floor of the Molenhuus, only 6 meters (!) away from the Baltic Sea. The apartment can accommodate up to 5 people and is excellent and very high quality equipped. A tastefully furnished living room with a cuddly sofa set offers you a dreamlike, direct and probably unique sea view. It is followed by a very large roof terrace, on which the breathtaking view of the Baltic Sea can be enjoyed outdoors. The fully equipped kitchen includes the inviting dining table with comfortable seating, a fridge-freezer, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher and of course other kitchen utensils. Two cozy bedrooms - one of them with sea view - are each furnished with a boxspring double bed. Furthermore, a shower room and another bathroom with its own sauna, from which you also have free views of the Baltic Sea, and bathtub to the apartment. A parking space allocated to the apartment for your car is located directly at the building. Many other amenities such as Wi-Fi, TV and a coin-operated washing machine complete your holiday offer.

Arrivals are possible from 16:00 to 18:00 and departures from 06:00 to 10:00.
