The Weidefeld sandy beach is in the immediate vicinity and can be reached on foot, while the green area around the house invites you to play and linger. The panoramic terrace offers a phenomenal view of the Baltic Sea and invites you to barbecue evenings with a harbour cinema. Underfloor heating and a wood-burning stove provide comfort at any time of year, while the private wellness area with whirlpool and sauna invites you to relax and unwind. Family-friendly and open-plan, this holiday home offers complete holiday comfort.



The open-plan living/dining area on the ground floor is the centrepiece of the house. The direct sea view can be enjoyed here both when eating together and from the living room during a cosy evening by the fireplace. The flat-screen TV with home entertainment programme also provides entertainment.



From here, you can access the terrace adjoining the living area, which invites you to linger by the water. Whether it's a barbecue evening with a light summer breeze or a hearty breakfast, the harbour cinema is guaranteed here. The garden around the house offers space for playing and sunbathing.



The kitchen-cum-living room adjoining the living/dining area is fully equipped to a high standard.



There are two bedrooms on the first floor. While the master bedroom boasts a fantastic view of the harbour and Baltic Sea, the second bedroom has an additional flat-screen TV with a home entertainment programme.



The Sommer Kajüte holiday home offers the luxury of two bathrooms, one on each living level. The sauna (infrared cabin) and corner whirlpool on the first floor promise pure wellness. There is also a phenomenal view when brushing your teeth, as passing sailing ships in the mirror open up new perspectives against a dreamlike backdrop. A shower room on the ground floor provides additional comfort.



There are two car parking spaces directly in front of the house.



There is also a bicycle shed directly in front of the house.
