This spacious 1,150 sq. ft. one-bedroom, two-bathroom villa has been recently refreshed to be exceptionally comfortable, clean, and well-equipped.

The view out the kitchen and main living area is spectacular. This neighborhood was clearly planned carefully to maximize the view for all the condos, but this condo being on the upper floor had an exceptionally great view. Everything was as promised. All the appliances worked fine and the washer and dryer were new and very convenient. All in all a great repeat stay. We had rented this condo in 2025 and it went so well during this stay, we came back in 2026.

My family and I had a great stay and the property was in the perfect location as we attended a wedding at The Pineapple Chapel which was very near and walkable. Many beaches near by and stores to buy groceries, etc. Check in was very easy and owners were very easy to contact. All in all we had just a perfect vacation.

Research well worth it!

Wife and I spend much time researching different properties and locations. For what we were looking for and hoping for, this property lived up to and hit every point on our list. Perfectly appointed and yes the view was perfect! Bedroom and bed very comfortable as to what we like in sleeping quality. On site host incredibly helpful and friendly. We used the Concierge Services at the Ritz and couldn't of been happier with the quality of service from their staff as well. We definitely would stay here again on any return trip to Maui.

Heaven on earth

We have stayed at several locations within Kapalua and this did not disappoint. From the moment you walk in you are mesmerized by the view. I lived on the lanai with binoculars in hand everyday. The bed was very comfortable too. We would definitely rent this unit again.
