40th wedding anniversary!

We enjoyed the stay. Room was comfortable. Living area furniture a bit outdated. We didn’t know we’d be above the restaurant. They did a good job of keeping it quiet. Just didn’t expect that when we reserved. We frequently enjoyed the lania at sunset. Great for family stay with kids as there were a lot of families. Beach area was splendid. Communication was great and easy to use. Parking simple. Close if traveling north or south on island. Great spot to be centrally located. Loved the pool.

We’ve stayed in 3 different units at Waipouli Beach Resort over the years - love the pool, the well appointed units, and the proximity to the beach! The units with views of the ocean and pool are absolutely fab. Kauai Calls property managers were super responsive and friendly - great to work with. This unit was clean and well appointed but was having some issues with dampness. Running dehumidifiers to dry out the unit would likely help a lot.

Great stay in Kauai

My family (3 adults and 2 children) recently stayed at this property. There was plenty of room for us to fit comfortably. It was nice to have a kitchen and a washer and dryer to use throughout the stay. The kids really enjoyed the pool area including the waterslides and lazy river. It was really convenient to have a Safeway across the street to grab some groceries, and there were also some excellent food trucks very close by as well. Kapaa is a cute town. It was a good location for our family that allowed us to easily explore both the north and south parts of the island.

Amazing everything!!

This specific unit is in such a great spot, beachside view is top notch, close to the elevator, close to the pool, close to Oasis Restaurant, close to the beach. AC worked great. Very clean, Direct TV in all 3 rooms. Kitchen was stocked with all the utensils, pans, etc that you need to cook. Washer and Dryer worked well. I honestly have nothing bad to say about this place, it made our trip so stress free. We went down to the beach which takes about 1-2 minutes from the room to the beach, and that’s if you’re walking slow. When you get tired, sit on the balcony and watch the ocean or seals what lay right on the beach in front of this unit. I’d stay here again 100%

Waipouli Beach resort is still one of the best resorts!

You really can’t beat the the views at Waipouli Beach Resort. The grounds are well maintained and the views from ever room are spectacular. This is the fifth time we’ve stayed at this property and it is always nice. The sunrises while drinking coffee on the lanai are the best!

Paradise!

My husband and I just spent the past week here and we’re so happy with our choice of rentals. The view from the lanai was even more beautiful than the pictures and we spent every morning with a cup of coffee watching the spectacular sunrises and each afternoon with a glass of wine watching the waves and seals below. The unit was very clean and comfortable with everything you could ever need in the kitchen and shopping is right across the street- so convenient. This was our first stay in Hawaii so we really didn’t know what to expect but found this location was ideal with easy access to both the north and south shores for activities. We highly recommend staying here - you will be happy that you did!

Convenient Location

For our family of 5 this property was conveniently located, making it easier for daily excursions to either the south or north shore. The pool, water slide and lazy river were a big hit for our children. The Oasis restaurant on property was a great place for dinners with their friendly staff.
