The first problem I had for the hygiene issue The second issue I had the place is a Haunted I checked in on 16th I checked out on 17th I paid around 55K but the money was not worth it because the place was haunted and if anyone’s watching this comment please if you love your family don’t visit that haunted place…

I like the way it was constructed. But now all rooms are having Roaches, no fumigation done for last 3years, Swiming pool water was not cleaned for many days.

Not happy... very bad experience.

This is the first time that we used your portal for booking. When we arrived at the hotel property, it seemed that the hotel authorities didn't know about this booking. Further, they stated that they were totally booked and hence the rooms (G 13 and G 14 which lacked some basic requirements) that we got were not what we paid for which is highly unfair on your part. Would request to look into this and check on the rooms that we were allotted and arrange for the differential amount to be refunded back. Charging for some room and providing for some other is not good business ethics. We are not happy.
