これまであちこちのR9にお世話になりましたが、鹿屋店を含め、どこも清掃が行き届いていて安心して泊まれます。 帰省の際はまた利用させていただきたいと思います。

チェックインでの対応が新人さんだったみたいでかなりもたついてイライラしました。結局対応出来ずベテランさんにフォローを頼んでました。何とかチェックインを済み、泊まるコンテナに行って４桁の番号を押したら、教えてもらった番号を何度押しても開錠せず、結局スタッフさんが飛んで来て番号変更してやっとこさ入室。あまりうるさいこと言うとモラハラだののご時世なので言いたくはないがやはりそこはプロとしてしっかり対応して欲しいと思いました。ホテル自体は快適に過ごせました。

部屋が独立しているので、周囲の音が気にならずに良い フリードリンクは有難いが冷たいものがあって、夜（スタッフが帰った後）も飲めると良い 初めての宿泊でしたが、カーナビで見つからず探すのに少し苦労しました 目の前に駐車スペースがあり移動が楽です

初めての利用で部屋の出入りなど多少勝手がわからなくて最初は戸惑いました。また些細なことですが、たまたま自分のコンテナ前にスペースがなくて他のコンテナ前に車を置かざるを得なかったのが残念でした。とは言え、割り切った上での利用ですからおおむね満足です。
