A Cozy Cottage on a Vineyard just 5kms from main street Bridgetown!!
Slow down and take in the beautiful views on our self sufficient property.
Be it a romantic getaway for 2 or a family vacation, our property is a great choice.
Have a picnic on the lawn, a drink on the deck, or cosy up to a wood fire.
Guests are welcome to explore and pick spray free produce from our permaculture garden + enjoy fresh eggs daily from our girls.
Take a walk around the property and meet our resident animals.

The cottage consists of an open plan living, dining and kitchen area with reverse cycle air con and a cosy fireplace. Surrounded by large bay windows to take full advantage of the views.

It has 3 bedrooms! 2 larger rooms both have comfy Queen beds and BIR’s + a smaller bedroom with a children’s bunk more suited to young adults or children.

All bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans and radiant heaters.

The family bathroom consists of a shower and basin with a separate powder room.

The laundry is equipped with a washing machine and dryer for your convenience.

The cottage has a large deck which overlooks a large flat lawn, perfect for kicking a ball or just rolling around. As well as views of the vine yard.

Kitchen and dinning room looks out to our ever changing kitchen garden, feel free to sample the many delights it has to offer.

The property 13 acres and is nestled in amongst the rolling hills of Bridgetown, take a leisurely stroll around the property and enjoy the many views it has to offer and the serenity of country life.

Guests will have access to the whole of the 13 acre property and 3 bedroom home.
There is a gravel driveway and carport for your vehicles.

We can be contacted primarily through Airbnb or you can call Moses.

We live in a rural setting with friendly neighbours.
However the property is also very private.

We ask that you make a request if you wish to host a party on our property before arrival. Any parties that take place within the premises MUST be cleaned up thoroughly before vacating the premises. Any extra cleaning or damage fees will be charged to guests.
Kindly observe the 10am check out time so that our cleaners have enough time to thoroughly and safely prepare the space for the next guest in line with Airbnb's enhanced cleaning standards. Please leave the home neat and tidy, we may need to charge guests for additional housekeeping time if our team is required to stay longer.
If smoking occurs in the property we will have to charge quests to have furnishings and carpet deoderised.
Please try not to misplace keys or remotes, any replacement fees will need to be passed on to our guests. Thank you very much, we hope you enjoy your stay!
