House for 4-6 persons: approx. 140 m2 on two floors. On the ground floor there is a spacious open living space including a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and an open fireplace as well as air conditioning. Two double bedrooms, each with air conditioning and en suite bathroom with bathtub, are located on the ground floor as well. Furthermore, there is a separate toilet. The living space opens onto two covered terraces with seats. Wooden stairs lead from the living space to the top floor, which is a loft equipped with air conditioning, a sofa bed (180 x 190 cm) and a bathroom with bathtub.

Swimming pools: Please note that swimming pools are usually available for use from about mid-May to late September, depending on the weather. If not explicitly stated in the description, the swimming pool is not heated.

Ein schönes in ruhiger Umgebung gelegenes Häuschen zum Entspannen. Es ist alles vorhanden was man für einpaar schöne Urlaubstage benötigt. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr gut, da man überallhin schnell kommen kann.

Perfekter Urlaub

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub in der Villa verbracht. Die Villa ist wirklich sehr schön, geräumig, sauber, super ausgestattet und voll klimatisiert. Es wurden zahlreiche Handtücher zur Verfügung gestellt, Decken für kältere Abende gab es ebenfalls und Geschirrtücher gab es auch. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und es gab in jedem Zimmer ausreichend Stauraum. Es handelt sich um zwei vollwertige Schlafzimmer, mit Zimmertüren und einer Schlafempore, die offen zum Wohnraum ist. Dies war für unsere zwei Jungs kein Problem, sollte man aber wissen, wenn man zu sechst anreist. Vollwertige Privatsphäre gibt es nur in zwei Zimmern.Wunderschön ist die Terrasse, die wir ausgiebig genutzt haben. Sei es am Tag, um im Schatten sitzen zu können, am Abend, um den Tag gemütlich ausklingen zu lassen, oder auch bei Regen, um dennoch an der frischen Luft sitzen zu können.Der Pool ist ebenfalls ein absoluter Bonuspunkt. Er wird einmal wöchentlich gereinigt und ist generell sehr sauber und gepflegt.Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich, aufmerksam, zuverlässig und zuvorkommend. Die Kommunikation war unkompliziert und nett.Wir können das Haus absolut empfehlen!

Ruhig gelegene und schöne Villa

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in der Villa! Besonders der schöne, gepflegte Pool und die ruhige Lage haben uns begeistert. Die Verkehrsanbindung war hervorragend, sodass wir die Umgebung problemlos erkunden konnten. Das gesamte Haus war klimatisiert, was uns gerade an heißen Tagen sehr entgegenkam. Für Familien ist es perfekt – unser kleiner hat den Spielplatz im Garten geliebt, und ein Grillplatz war vorrand. Die Vermieter war sehr freundlich und gut erreichbar. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Toller Aufenthalt

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Ein schöner Aufenthaltsort für 4 Personen im Urlaub. Kurzer Weg nach Rovinj (15 Min.). Nach Poreć sind es 30 Minuten. Im Ort gibt es einen Supermarkt und einen Bankomat. Uns hat nichts gefehlt, ausser etwas mehr Sonne. Da haben wir halt Pech gehabt. Danke an Vilijam für die freundliche Begrüßung und Verabschiedung!
