Spacious holiday home in traditional rustic style with a swimming pool offers a comfortable stay for 6 persons very next to the most visited city in Croatia, Rovinj. Surrounded with greenery with a large private garden with a trampoline, the house has a ruffed terrace with a dining table, built-in barbecue, and kitchen area. On the ground level of the house is a lovely living room with fireplace, well-equipped kitchen, one double bedroom with a bathroom and a separate toilet. Upstairs, the house has two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and one big shared balcony. Every room is air-conditioned. In front of the house, there is an outhouse for family and friends gatherings. The property offers private parking, and it is located in a small village Brajkovići, 10 km from Rovinj.
