Der Vermieter ist sehr zuvorkommend,immer per Handy zu erreichen und spricht deutsch. Im Haus ist alles Nötige vorhanden, allerdings gibt es vom Haus aus keinen direkten Zugang zum Garten. Man muss durch die Haustür ein paar Meter ums Eck, was etwas unpraktisch ist,wenn man dort gerne frühstücken möchte. (Tablett ist nicht vorhanden). Auf dem Grundstück wohnen zwei Damen, die mit auf das Haus aufpassen, gelegentlich Gießen etc. Der Pool ist leider sehr kalt, da er immer im Schatten steht, somit nutzten wir ihn nicht. Es war ok, da wir Aktivurlauber sind und viel unterwegs waren, aber nochmal würde ich dort nicht buchen.
