Probably the nicest bed I have slept in on this vacation. Only one electrical outlet in the room, shared with the mini fridge and television set, so if you have any electronics to charge, you take turns. Bathroom is nice but the water shuts down at times and you wait a few minutes for it to return. This motel is a hundred metres to the Kwai River and it’s a ten minute walk to the bridge.

Bamboo house is a unique stay. Family owned and run. The little house is on 'floats' directly on the river. When a boat comes past it gently rocks. It is a very simple Thai stay, with amazing views and hospitality. Breakfast is cooked by mama and is simple and delicious. Great location for the river Kwai bridge and JEATH museum. We would definately recommend and return.

The bamboo houses were interesting and nice to experience with a small sitting area outside each house. Many other guests also were enjoying the experience at night sitting and chatting. Comfortable bed, good wifi and ac. Nice manicured yard and relatively well situated in the city itself. Had view of the river from patio

The location is beautiful on the river. The bamboo huts were great, the place had a lovely feel to it. A short walk up onto the main road and you could flag down a tuk tuk to head to the bars and restaurants. Breakfast was basic and did not vary for the 4 days we were there, but for the price you coukd not complain.

Beautiful family run hotel and amazing food!

Beautiful surroundings and only a 5 minute walk to the bridge over the river Kwai. This is a family run hotel and all the staff were very friendly and happy to help with any questions. The food in the restaurant is outstanding! We enjoyed every single meal we had there! Free breakfast included and they even have a little lounge area outside perfect for reading or working, we loved every minute of our stay here and you can dip into the river Kwai along the back of the hotel where the huts are. Rooms were clean and WiFi all around the hotel. We would highly recommend!

Excellent and quiet location on bridge side of town, walkable to everywhere. Raft rooms are a trip; feel the river. I did not hear or even see a mosquito, though net provided. Just a pallet on the floor and electricity, roll of TP and soap provided. Bring your own towels and share a close by toilet and cold shower/sink arrangement.Open air 'living room' shelter, and there is a wonderful open grassy area on the riverbank for all to share. Classic room 2nd night felt so luxe- with towels, hot water. Soothing celadon green colors, big bed with clean cotton sheets. Breakfast included. High morale garden. Lovely.

Perfect mini getaway! The hotel is next to the river. Great views and calm vibes. It’s a must stay for overnight guests who are looking for a cozy place to have a mini vacation. Centralized location

More pricy for minimal accomadations.

We booked the Hip room, but were given simple room with amenities of shampoo, shower caps and 2 bottles of water. You can go to another hotel for cheaper and same qualities. Did not have a river view. Staff was indifferent. Restaurant is the only nice quality if you want to have a boat noodle soup. Cheap prices. Location is the best as you can walk to the bridge in 7 minutes. Close to the food vendors there. The hotel should lower their price for their minimal accommodations and not that decent of a room.
